HAVANA, Cuba--Dozens of Cuban migrants who were stuck on a United States Coast Guard ship after being detained at sea, because their country refused to allow them back in, have finally returned home.
But the Cuban government has called on the United States to stop the so-called "wet-foot, dry-foot policy" which allows migrants from Cuba to quickly become legal residents and eventually citizens...
